Having a Champion Attitude
1 Peter 3:3 says, “Be like-minded, sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.”
Rusty loves that verse because it’s all about adopting the right attitude. He calls this a CHAMPION ATTITUDE, and it’s one of our core values at Fulling.
What does this Core Value mean? It means we only want team members who are passionate about Fulling and the work we are doing. It means we love working with our clients and co-workers. Yes, everyone has a bad day once in a while, but it should be short-lived.
