The Fulling team is continuing to watch Leaving a Legacy - Stephanie Stuckey.

“Leading in today’s climate is tough enough. However, leaving a legacy that matters is what counts. Stephanie Stuckey lays out a process of how to not just lead well but how to lead with leaving a legacy in mind.”

-Several in the group discussion talked about their personal purposes. Some examples were: being a good person, forgiving, loving God and people, being a faithful follower of God, being a good mom, wife, employee and friend.

-We talked about our personal core values aligning with the core values at Fulling.  Our desire is to help and serve our clients whether it’s lifting them up, being someone to talk to, giving advice and being honest with them and doing it all with integrity.  Also integrating the importance of relationships and caring about the individuals we work with.

-Some of the things mentioned that we want to leave as a legacy for our kids include: to have them know they are loved no matter what, for them to have a faith that is their own, for them to choose good spouses who truly love them.  Legacy is learned by living and watching us in our daily lives.

Food for Thought

  1. What is your purpose?

  2. How does your purpose align with our company purpose?

  3. What legacy are you wanting to leave for your kids?
