Pam Fulling works as the Company Ambassador at Fulling Management & Accounting, Inc.
Pam is the kind of person who makes you feel at home the moment you meet her—which makes perfect sense, because she’s been building the heart of Fulling Management & Accounting since day one. As co-founder of the company (and wife to her co-founder husband, Rusty), Pam has played a quiet but powerful role in shaping the people-first culture that clients and team members experience today.
These days, Pam serves as the company’s liaison—often welcoming new team members, connecting with clients, and representing the firm in a way that feels personal, genuine, and grounded.
With a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Southern Nazarene University she has served in past roles such as administration and church ministry.
Behind the scenes, she’s a trusted sounding board for Rusty and a steady voice of encouragement in the life of the company.
Outside of work, Pam wears her favorite titles: wife, mom, and most favorite “grandma”, to two sweet granddaughters. She thrives on family time, meaningful conversations, and making people feel cared for. With spiritual gifts of encouragement and hosting, Pam brings warmth, wisdom, and a whole lot of heart into every space she’s in.
