Position Details

    • Serve as ongoing CFO / Accounting Manager for multiple small and mid-size businesses

    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly interaction with clients

    • Process oversight for accounts payable, receivables, reconciling, etc.

    • Business problem solver - Help our clients improve and grow their businesses

    • Regular communication with clients to learn their needs and deliver results

    • Assist clients in developing operational budgets

    • Strategic thinking towards improving business operations and promoting company growth

    • Ability to take a mess and create clarity

    • Provide sound business advice for client’s questions

    • Lead client management & accounting meetings

    • Provide high quality work and integrity in business activities

    • Strong leadership for internal team working with clients

    • Degreed Accountant with 7+ years’ accounting experience

    • Helpful Software experience (QuickBooks, QBO, MS Office)

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Forward thinker: Anticipate and prevent client business challenges

    • Detail oriented / Strong critical thinking / Business minded / Able to multi-task

    • Passionate about the mission of Fulling Management & Accounting

    • CPA preferred, though not required

    • This position is fully remote. When travel is possible, we get together once a year for a team vision event. Otherwise you can work from anywhere!
