Accountability is one of our core values—and something we aim to live out daily.

Rooted in Psalm 25:21 — “May integrity and uprightness protect me” - this value shapes how we show up, not just for our clients, but for one another.

For us, accountability means more than checking off tasks or meeting deadlines. It’s about following through on our word, being honest when things go wrong, and aligning our actions with our values, even when it’s hard.

Sometimes that looks like turning down work that doesn’t align with who we are. Because trust is built slowly, and we’re not willing to compromise it for short-term wins.

Here’s what accountability looks like in practice at Fulling:

⇨ Owning our mistakes, and making them right.
⇨ Communicating openly, especially when it’s uncomfortable.
⇨ Keeping our commitments.
⇨ Speaking up when something feels off.

We won’t always get it perfect, but we’re committed to doing what’s right, even when it costs us. That’s the kind of culture we’re building, and we think it’s worth it.
