Called to Lead: Three Days of Connection, Growth & Team Building

One of my favorite weeks of the year is our Fulling Management & Accounting, Inc. offsite.

Once a year, we bring our entire team together in Kansas for three days. When you have a fully remote team spread across multiple states, there’s something pretty special about finally having everyone in the same room.

This week we laughed. We learned. We served a local charity together. We built teams, cast vision, competed a little (okay… sometimes more than a little 😄), and just spent time getting to know each other better.

This year’s theme was “Called to Lead.”

There was a LOT of learning, plenty of laughter, and even a few tears along the way.

But my favorite part was watching our team connect beyond their job titles and Zoom screens.

That’s what makes these three days so special to me.

Great teams aren’t built through meetings alone. They’re built through shared experiences, conversations, serving together, laughing together, and creating space to simply be together.

And after three days together, I left feeling pretty grateful.

Grateful for the people.
Grateful for the friendships.
Grateful for the opportunity to build something together.
