It's the moment you're standing in front of a room of business and community leaders, walking through a concept they've never had language for before... and you watch a single face shift. The eyebrows lift. The pen stops moving. And you can almost hear it —

The lightbulb comes on.
I had the privilege of witnessing that moment over and over again while recently serving as a facilitator alongside A Bright Future for Kids in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. The goal was to help equip leaders who are on the front lines — serving single moms, strengthening families, and building up their communities.
Here's the thing — I chase that exact same moment back home, just in a different setting. At Fulling Management & Accounting, we call it Get Clarity. It's the moment a business owner finally looks at their financial statements and sees a story instead of a puzzle.
