Sometimes, a few handwritten words can make a lasting impact.

A client recently sent me this note, along with a pair of sunglasses.

While the message was about my ability to see things from a different perspective and look ahead, what meant the most to me was something much simpler.

They took the time to tell me that I had made a difference in their life.

I don't know if they realize how much those words meant to me.

It reminded me of one of our core values at Fulling Management & Accounting: Eternal Impact.

We often think making an impact requires something big. A major accomplishment. A significant investment. A life-changing decision.

Sometimes, it’s just a handwritten note. A thoughtful text. A word of encouragement when someone needs it most.

You may never know how much a small gesture means to someone else.
