Recruitment and Marketing Lead

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a knack for getting the right people in the right roles and a creative thinker with a love for smart, strategic marketing? We’re looking for a fractional operations pro to support our team in two key areas: HR/talent acquisition and marketing strategy.

This player/coach role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves while also thinking big picture. You’ll help us grow intentionally by building a strong team and a compelling brand presence—both internally and externally.

This is a remote, part-time position (10–15 hours/week) with flexibility and room to grow, especially during active hiring periods.

Position Details

  • 1. HR & Talent Acquisition

    • Build and nurture a positive candidate experience from first touch to onboarding

    • Develop job descriptions and post them on the right platforms

    • Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential hires

    • Conduct introductory interviews and partner with leadership to select the best fits

    • Project manage the entire hiring process, ensuring clarity, communication, and a great candidate experience

    • Coordinate onboarding for new team members

    • Foster a strong, people-first culture and talent pipeline for future roles

    2. Marketing Strategy

    • Develop a strategic marketing plan aligned with company goals

    • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Assistant to execute the plan

    • Guide social media content and ensure messaging is consistent and engaging

    • Maintain and refresh lead magnets, newsletters, and email campaigns

    • Own content strategy and oversee brand communications

    • 3+ years in HR/recruiting and 3+ years in marketing

    • Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination

    • Excellent communication and organization skills

    • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

    • A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset

    • This position is fully remote. When travel is possible, we get together once a year for a team vision event. Otherwise you can work from anywhere!
