Vision Day 2022

This past Monday, our team had our Annual Vision Day. Once a year we set aside several days to meet in person as a team. The past few years have been virtual due to Covid, so it was great to get back together in person! Our remote team all flew in and we spent the time having meals together, planning for the future, celebrating the past and doing some team building activities.

We started the day off by meeting at our office to take updated headshots and fun group photos. This time was filled with a lot of laughter and creativity. We then all met at the Hollis Renewal Center, where we had our Family night the evening before.

We also had some guest speakers, who also happen to be clients of ours, come speak to us and share words of encouragement. Kathy Weld, owner of Zeb’s Coffeehouse in Eudora, KS and GW Weld, owner of Cornerstone Property Management.

One highlight of the day was a team building exercise which included spaghetti noodles, tape, and marshmallows, trying to make the tallest structure in a short time period. The victorious team; Ryan, Susie, Leah, Sherry, and Heather were rewarded in a Starbucks gift card!

Our goal for this time was to build rapport as a team, celebrate and look to the future. We accomplished all of that and had a lot of fun doing it!
