25 Years Strong: A Week of Celebration, Connection, and Growth

What a fun and fulfilling week it’s been at Fulling Management and Accounting! We have been enjoying each other’s company at our annual offsite — a foundational event for us each year. As a fully remote team, these in-person gatherings are not only rare but incredibly meaningful. It’s our time to connect, collaborate, and celebrate.

We kicked things off over the weekend with our annual family picnic at beautiful Black Hoof Park, where we celebrated 25 amazing years of Fulling Management and Accounting. The evening was filled with laughter, shared memories, delicious food, and of course — s’mores by the fire. It was the perfect start to the week.

On Monday morning, we set the tone for the retreat with our “Success Statements” — clear goals we define together to guide and measure our time at the offsite. From there, the energy only grew.

Team-building activities brought out our competitive (and hilarious) sides. From intense rock-paper-scissors showdowns to silently organizing ourselves by birthday, puzzle trading missions, sketching battles, and human-chain challenges — the creativity and collaboration on display were inspiring. There was no shortage of laughs, friendly competition, and memorable moments.

But beyond the games and fun, these retreats give us the space to reflect on what’s working, identify areas for growth, and plan for the future — all while celebrating the wins that got us here.

Our offsite is something the entire team looks forward to year after year. It takes a lot of thoughtful planning, creativity, and teamwork to bring it all together — and we’re so grateful for everyone who makes it happen.

2025 has already been an incredible year, and after this week, we’re more excited than ever for what’s ahead.

Stay tuned for the next blog — highlighting our serve day at Heart to Heart together!
