In the early years, I’ll admit I was a little hesitant about openly talking about faith in the workplace. It felt safer to just focus on the numbers.

But over time, God took small steps of faith and multiplied them.

What we’ve learned is simple: when you focus on people, impact follows — for your team, your clients, and the communities they serve.
