Business the Bananas Way
Over the past several staff meetings, our team has had the opportunity to learn from CFO Dr. Tim Naddy, CFO for the Savannah Bananas. His leadership series challenged us to think differently about culture, leadership, and what truly drives long-term business success.
One message stood out throughout the series: a thriving business starts with thriving people. Rather than treating culture as an added bonus, Dr. Naddy emphasized that it is the operating system of every successful organization. When people feel valued, supported, and engaged, they perform at a higher level, make fewer mistakes, and create better experiences for both their teammates and customers.

One of our favorite reminders from the series was that people are our greatest investment. While financial statements may list people as an expense, they're truly the foundation of every successful organization. Investing in relationships, developing strong leaders, and creating a positive culture benefits not only our team but also the clients and communities we serve.
These discussions sparked meaningful conversations within our team about how we can continue growing individually and collectively.
