Most people underestimate the power of consistency.

It doesn’t trend.
It doesn’t go viral.
And it rarely gets the spotlight.

But over time… it quietly builds something extraordinary.

I’ve had the privilege of watching that play out for over 28 years with my friend, Karlin Yaeger, at Addison Biological Laboratory, Inc..

Addison was one of our very first clients and Karlin started with them in 1992 as a salesperson.

Same company.
Same mission.
Different seasons, different challenges, different levels of leadership.

And over time, he grew into VP of Global Sales & Marketing—helping expand a company that now serves veterinarians, animal producers, and pet owners across more than 25 countries with innovative animal health technologies.

But here’s what stands out…

It wasn’t one breakthrough moment.

It was consistency.

Year after year.
Client after client.
Conversation after conversation.

If you are like me, you’ve probably looked for the “big move” in leadership…

The strategy.
The hire.
The pivot.

But leaders like Karlin remind me—
it’s often the small things done repeatedly that create the biggest outcomes.

Where in your leadership are you chasing intensity…
when your team really needs consistency?
