In the early years of running my company, I viewed it pretty simply — it was my job.
A business.
A way to provide for my family and build a stable future.

And for a long time, that perspective worked. We were growing, clients were happy, and everything looked fine on the surface.

But eventually, I hit a season where things just… plateaued.
The numbers were steady, but my motivation wasn’t.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.

Then a friend asked me a question I’ll never forget:

“What if your business isn’t just a business? What if it’s your mission?”

That thought completely reframed how I approached my work.

I started to see the deeper meaning behind what we do:
→ The responsibility — and privilege — of developing people, not just managing them.
→ The chance to serve business owners in ways that lighten their load and restore peace of mind.
→ The satisfaction that comes from building something lasting, grounded in values that matter.

Once I began to see our business as part of a bigger purpose, everything felt different.
The energy came back. The work had new weight — and new joy.

If you’re a leader who’s lost some spark lately, maybe it’s time to look at your work through a different lens.

What if this business you’re building isn’t just how you make a living?
What if it’s how you make an impact?
